Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by applicable law or unless otherwise stated for a specific event.

If an event is canceled by The Empowerment Market, ticket holders will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of purchase. Any refunds or credits, if applicable, will be communicated at that time.

Vendor Booth Fees

Vendor booth fees are refundable only if a cancellation request is received by the cancellation deadline specified in the applicable Vendor Participation Agreement.

Requests received after the stated cancellation deadline are not eligible for a refund.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment whenever possible.
