MEET THE FOUNDER
For more than a decade, I've worked in marketing and media, helping grow over 50 brands through strategic advertising and digital marketing. Along the way, I've managed more than $80 million in paid media investments and had the opportunity to work on campaigns for nationally recognized brands including Neutrogena, Aveeno, Premier Protein, Bonobos, Beautycon and more. That experience taught me what it takes to build brands, create meaningful customer experiences, and market businesses successfully.
After years of helping build other brands, I decided to create one of my own. I founded ZAM Jewelry, an empowerment-focused jewelry brand built around confidence, resilience, and personal growth. As both a founder and a vendor, I experienced firsthand how impactful well-curated markets can be - not only for discovering incredible businesses, but for creating genuine connections between brands and the communities they serve. At the same time, I saw an opportunity to create a different kind of event: one that thoughtfully curates brands, makers, wellness professionals, and organizations united by a shared mission to help, inspire, and transform the communities they serve. That vision became The Empowerment Market.
My passion for empowerment extends beyond business. I earned a certification in Women's Studies from San Diego State University because I believe that creating opportunities for people to grow, connect, and support one another has the power to create lasting impact. Whether you're attending one of our events or exhibiting your business, my goal is to create experiences that leave people feeling inspired while helping meaningful businesses reach the communities they're meant to serve.
